Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging

You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
